What is the project procedure?

• Fill out signup form above
• Natasha will coordinate based on location
• If there is any shelving in the laundry area, everything needs to be removed.
• Drywall contractor will open up an access area for us
• Our team will remove the old vinyl ducting
• Our team will install Code compliant four inch metal ducting
• Our team will connect to existing exhausts where installed. If not installed we will connect to old exhaust and roofers can re-connect when roof and exhausts are changed out. We are not responsible for disassembly by roofers. 
• Drywall contractor will close access opening, repair, and patch to have it paint ready 
• We will attempt to schedule the final patch/sanding the day after the rebuild between 9-11am except Friday. All those not available for final patch during the week will have a second attempt Friday afternoon based on availability
• If any painting is required or requested, it can be worked out separately with the contractor and homeowner
• Appliance will be reconnected.
• Full completion of compliant photos and invoice will be delivered upon completion and receipt of payment.
