  • Price $1150/unit – This is a significant savings from our normal per foot pricing. 
  • Our normal pricing is based on price per foot and therefore unit location. Top level $1275, 2 down $2125 and 3 down from attic $2925. $400 for opening and closing
  • This is all inclusive. No tax or additional charges. Includes rebuild, drywall opening, closing, patching, sanding and making paint ready.
  • These rates are not negotiable. We’ve created this program to be fair and equitable to all and it is a reduction in our price for all parties.

  • It is ideal to schedule 2-4 at a time in same building at a time or very close proximity to maintain efficiency. Units stacked bottom to top are also ideal. 
  • There are no additional deductions or discounts
  • Any previous discounts discussed would have applied to original individual quote

  • This offer is ends on 8/9 (anyone signed up prior will receive the special rate. 
  • Painting is not included but can be discussed with contractor onsite
  • There are financing/payment plans available. You will see a link to apply in the updated estimate received. $100 will be added to job for anyone using our same as cash financing. 
  • Can I just go straight to the repair without inspection? That is a question for the board or community organization. Providing an inspection report is a separate service from the repair.
  • Payment Methods are credit card, check, cash or financing through Service Finance. 
  • 1 year guarantee on all workmanship.

  • We will not warranty any disassembly done by any parties other than us once job is completed
 

What is the project procedure?

  • Fill out signup form above
  • Natasha will coordinate based on location
  • If there is any shelving in the laundry area, everything needs to be removed.
  • Drywall contractor will open up an access area for us
  • Our team will remove the old vinyl ducting
  • Our team will install Code compliant four inch metal ducting
  • Our team will connect to existing exhausts where installed. If not installed we will connect to old exhaust and roofers can re-connect when roof and exhausts are changed out
  • Drywall contractor will close access opening, repair, and patch to have it paint ready 
  • We will attempt to schedule the final patch/sanding the day after the rebuild between 9-11am except Friday. All those not available for final patch during the week will have a second attempt Friday afternoon based on availability
  • If any painting is required or requested, it can be worked out separately with the contractor and homeowner
  • Appliance will be reconnected.
  • Full completion of compliant photos and invoice will be delivered upon completion and receipt of payment.

DRYER VENT CODE QUESTIONS

Several questions have come up regarding duct run length and possibility of additional costs for fans. You can view the whole code here. Code specifies the following in regards to run length.  There are 3 ways, specified length, equivalent length and manufactures instructions. Some manufacturers are now allowing beyond 35′.
